It was a movement-based project acting as a vehicle for exchange of people, groups, and ideas, producing collaborations, networks, transfer of knowledge, and mutual assistance, with the purpose of healing rifts that war has fueled in Ukraine.

The action promoted mutual understanding and reconciliation between Ukraine’s eastern and western regions.

CCM organized the mobility programme with a week-long visits by civil society activists from one side of the country to the other. Through the open call and the application process, the CCM selected and sub-granted 75 civil society activists, journalists, academics and entrepreneurs, who wanted to share their experiences with local communities in the regions that were opposite to their permanent residence in Ukraine.
